A pet project born from my own real-estate investing. An AI tool that reads messy PDF offers, extracts the terms, and does the tedious comparison work for agents—so they can get back to their clients.

Seeing how manual and antiquated the offer process was, I wanted to see how far AI could take the drudgery out of it. It's a way to keep learning by pointing new tech at a domain I already love.
Role & Responsibilities
Solo builder. I designed and built the entire product, from the PDF parsing engine to the agent dashboard.
Architecture & Key Decisions
Next.js, an LLM for intelligent PDF parsing, a custom financial calculation engine, and a 'no-login' submission flow to maximize agent adoption.
Impact & Outcomes
Turns what used to be hours of manual data entry into a couple of minutes, helping agents focus on their clients instead of their spreadsheets.
What I'd Do Differently
The 'no-login' feature was the big insight. Friction is the enemy of adoption in real estate—meeting agents where they already are (their inbox) was key.
