# AI is Most Powerful When It Eliminates Drudgery, Not Humans Real estate agents handle multiple offers per property. They manually: - Extract offer terms from PDFs - Calculate net to seller - Estimate closing costs - Compare deals against previous offers - Write analysis summaries This takes hours. It's error-prone. It's the opposite of valuable work. When we built OfferPro, the AI insight wasn't "let's build a chatbot." It was: "What is the thing agents hate doing most, and how do we make it vanish?" The answer: offer analysis. Agents hate data entry. They love their relationships with clients.
