Oscilar: Founding Engineer (0 to 1)
My full-time work, and where most of my energy goes. As a founding team member I've built Oscilar's AI Risk Decisioning platform from an empty repo—leading the agentic AI team and owning the foundations that make it enterprise-ready.

I joined as one of the first engineers to turn a blank repo and a bold vision—a unified AI risk operating system—into a real product. 0→1 means the requirements aren't written down yet: you discover them by building, talking to customers, and working through a lot of ambiguity.
Role & Responsibilities
Founding engineer. I lead the team building our agentic AI systems, make product-minded technical calls, and have helped hire, onboard, and mentor engineers as we've scaled. Across the platform I've owned authentication and API-key infrastructure, SOC 2 / ISO / PCI compliance, usage-based billing and reporting, database importers and REST integrations, and customer onboarding and migrations.
Architecture & Key Decisions
Autonomous AI agents for real-time fraud detection, account-takeover prevention, and natural-language risk modeling, on a high-availability platform built for developer experience and observability.
Impact & Outcomes
Helped take Oscilar from zero to a production platform serving enterprise customers, and helped grow the engineering team behind it—turning dense risk logic into a product teams can actually use.
What I'd Do Differently
At 0→1, the highest-leverage trait is being product-minded: you have to understand the business goal to make the right technical trade-offs, and be comfortable deciding with incomplete information.
